Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 2+ years of accounting experience. The candidate should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and basic knowledge of Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain general ledger and journal entries.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
- Use Odoo ERP for basic accounting and operational activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Software.
- Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reports.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- M.Com or relevant accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
