Job Title: Accounts Manager
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with strong experience in the Hospitality/Hotel industry to manage the complete finance and accounting operations of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities - Manage daily hotel accounting, including revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare and monitor hotel budgets and financial plans.
- Prepare regular MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, profitability and departmental performance.
- Conduct daily revenue audits for Rooms, F&B, Banquets and other revenue streams.
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, vendor payments and collections. - Handle GST, TDS and TCS calculations, returns, reconciliations and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports. - Monitor expenses and implement effective cost-control measures. - Handle F&B costing, inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
- Conduct bank, ledger, revenue and financial reconciliations. - Manage hotel cash flow and daily financial requirements. - Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, consultants and statutory authorities. - Ensure proper implementation of internal financial controls and accounting policies. - Identify financial discrepancies and take corrective action. - Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for improving profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements - Hospitality/Hotel industry experience is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and financial operations. - Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS and statutory compliance. - Experience in MIS, budgeting, costing and financial reporting. - Strong analytical, coordination and team management skills.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
