Job Summary
The sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and helping the sales team achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams
- Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns or promotions
