Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive/Sales Manager to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through telecalling, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Promote company products and services through calls, emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, and meetings.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals in a timely manner.
- Prepare and share meeting summaries and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Update daily sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in lead generation, client handling, and target-based sales.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
