About the Role
KITSS Company is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, maximizing ROI, and driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Remarketing campaigns).
- Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, sales, brand awareness, and remarketing.
- Manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation and brand campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversion rate, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, headlines, and ad copies.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and daily performance to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with designers and content writers to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and algorithm updates.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and lead generation funnels.
- Experience managing campaigns with medium to high advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are a plus.
- Experience handling campaigns for multiple industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, E-commerce, SaaS, or Local Businesses.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) is an added advantage.
