Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic individuals to join our retail sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending the right products, and creating an outstanding in-store shopping experience. This role is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in premium retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits confidently.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Assist customers with billing and checkout when required.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and new launches.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Eligibility
- 10+2 or Graduate (any discipline).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
