Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting travel services, and contributing to the growth of the company's travel business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for holiday packages, visa services, ticketing, study abroad, and other travel-related services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the company's travel services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into business.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
