Job Description: Thinking Coach About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Thinking Coaches (Trainers) who enjoy working with students and facilitating engaging learning experiences in schools. The Thinking Coach will conduct interactive and experiential learning sessions designed to develop students’ life skills, future competencies, and exposure to emerging technologies. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and inspiring young minds, helping students become confident, curious, and future-ready learners.
Curriculum Framework
The program follows an integrated learning framework focusing on the following areas:
● Self-Exploration ● Human Skills ● Foundational Literacy ● Future Competencies ● Tech for the Future Sessions are delivered through learner-centric pedagogical approaches such as experiential learning, discussions, activities, flashcards, and hands-on tools to promote active engagement and deeper understanding.
Key Responsibilities ● Conduct engaging classroom sessions as per the curriculum and session plans. ● Facilitate interactive and activity-based learning experiences for students. ● Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. ● Support innovation-based projects and collaborative learning activities. ● Coordinate with school staff and administration for smooth program implementation. ● Track student participation and progress and maintain basic training documentation. Required Skills ● Strong communication and presentation skills ● Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor students ● Good facilitation and classroom management skills ● Understanding of experiential learning and 21st-century skills ● Adaptable, accountable, and a quick learner ● Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ● High emotional intelligence and ability to connect with students
Educational Qualifications Engineering Degrees ● B. Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or IT Science Degrees ● B. Sc in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related science fields with an interest in technology Diploma ● Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, Robotics, or related engineering fields will be an added advantage Experience
● Freshers as well as candidates with 1–5 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Eligibility
● Age: 21 – 40 years ● Passion for teaching, facilitation, and working with students ● Willingness to travel to schools for conducting sessions
● Proficiency in English and the regional language.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
