We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and result-oriented Marketing & Lead Coordination Executive to manage inbound business inquiries from IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with prospects, coordinating with internal sales and technical teams, and improving lead conversion. This role involves managing both domestic and international export inquiries, ensuring quick response, professional communication, and proper follow-up until closure.
Candidates with experience in IndiaMART lead handling, B2B sales coordination, tele-sales, customer follow-up, inquiry handling, or industrial product marketing will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage IndiaMART and other B2B platform inquiries regularly
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine business opportunities
- Ensure no inquiry is missed or delayed
- Contact prospects through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Maintain quick response time to improve conversion opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Follow up continuously with customers until inquiry closure
- Manage both domestic and international customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with overseas buyers
- Coordinate technical details, product catalogs, datasheets, and quotations
- Support export inquiry coordination and basic documentation
- Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for customer requirements
- Share company profiles, product catalogs, technical details, and quotations with customers
- Support marketing activities related to B2B inquiry generation and customer engagement
- Maintain proper communication flow between customers and internal departments
- Maintain lead status, follow-up records, and customer communication details
- Track inquiry progress, customer responses, and conversion updates
- Prepare regular reports for management review
- Maintain accurate inquiry data
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead handling, tele-sales, marketing coordination, or customer support
- Hands-on experience using IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms is preferred
- Good understanding of domestic sales and export customer communication
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong customer follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Good phone communication, email writing, and WhatsApp communication skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements quickly
- Basic negotiation and coordination skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset
- Good computer knowledge and documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial instruments, automation, engineering products, or technical products will be an added advantage
