About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced .NET Engineer to enhance and extend our existing suite of
microservices within a well-established development team. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile
environment, applying modern .NET practices to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
- Drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and
industry best practices.
- Deliver solutions that meet high standards for security, scalability, reliability,
maintainability, and testability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and support their professional learning and growth.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and promote best practices across the team.
- Promote agile principles and best practices to enable efficient, high-quality software
delivery.
- Build strong relationships with the other engineers, architects, analysts, testers, project
managers and product owners.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in software development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of development
workflows.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Work closely with product teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, refinements) to ensure timely
delivery.
- Identify technical risks early and propose effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex software products.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best
practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
