We’re Hiring | QA/QC Engineer – Civil
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer Civil to join our team for building construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant IS codes. Conduct inspections of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works. Manage concrete testing, cube testing, steel testing, and material quality inspections. Prepare and maintain ITPs, method statements, checklists, inspection requests, and quality records. Identify and resolve quality issues and ensure timely closure of NCRs. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and testing laboratories. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports and documentation.
Requirements: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering 5–8+ years of relevant experience in building construction Strong knowledge of RCC, concrete technology, and construction quality standards Good understanding of relevant IS codes Strong documentation, inspection, and coordination skills
