About the Role
The Prime Step is looking for an experienced and passionate Manual Testing Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and help them build a successful career in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Manual Testing training sessions to students.
- Teach Software Testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, Bug Life Cycle, and Testing Methodologies.
- Train students on Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Defect Reporting, and Documentation.
- Conduct practical assignments, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Guide students on real-world testing projects and industry best practices.
- Help students improve problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Prepare training materials, notes, and practical exercises.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile Methodology, and Defect Management.
- Experience in writing Test Cases and Bug Reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Testing or Training.
- Freshers with strong Manual Testing knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
