Salary Range: upto 45k per month+ uncapped incentives
Shift Timing: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Overview
We are looking to hire experienced Solar Sales Representatives with proven expertise in solar panel and battery sales. Candidates must have hands-on experience in closing solar deals and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close sales for solar and battery solutions.
Identify and approach residential and commercial clients.
Conduct client consultations and explain product benefits, ROI, and system specifications.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain and update sales pipeline and reports.
Coordinate with operations for smooth project execution and installation.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1+years of experience in Solar + Battery Sales (Mandatory).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
