Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with experience in HVAC and Clean Room projects to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing efficient, compliant, and cost-effective HVAC and clean room systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HVAC and clean room system designs as per project requirements.
- Perform heat load calculations, air flow calculations, and system sizing.
- Design layouts for AHU, ducting, piping, and filtration systems.
- Develop drawings using AutoCAD / Revit / BIM.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare BOQ, technical specifications, and design reports.
- Coordinate with sales, project, and site teams.
- Review client and consultant requirements.
- Provide technical support during execution and commissioning.
- Optimize designs for energy efficiency and cost control.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in HVAC and clean room design.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14644, GMP, and validation requirements.
- Experience with AHU, Chillers, VRF/VRV, HEPA filters, and BMS.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and design software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
