Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle execution of industrial construction projects including factories, warehouses, process buildings, utility blocks and infrastructure works
- Manage daily site operations, execution teams and subcontractors
- Coordinate drawings, BOQ, execution sequence and procurement schedules
- Drive progress against bar charts / milestones
- Liaison with client / PMC for approvals and execution clearances
- Review quality, safety and compliance at site
- Track billing, reconciliation and site productivity
- Manage labour, machinery, vendors and project cash flow planning
- Ensure timely completion within approved budgets
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
