We seek an experienced and motivated construction project manager to join our dynamic team at 21st Castle Development. As a construction project manager, he/ she will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing construction projects at site.
Manager’s responsibilities will include developing and managing construction project at site, creating detailed schedules and overseeing resource allocation to ensure optimal execution. You will conduct regular site inspections, review construction plans and specifications, identify potential risks, implement proactive measures to mitigate them and verify that all the work is performed to the highest quality standards.
Objectives of this role:
· Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
· Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
· 10+ years’ experience in construction- high rise, residential building projects.
· Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets
· Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures
· Extensive experiencing managing budgets for large construction projects
· Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
· Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.
· Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
Work Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in high rise, residential project. (avoid Infra and commercial project exp.)
· Strong knowledge on Myone,
· Construction site lead/team management
· Proven risk management experience in construction projects.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
