Roles & Responsibilities
Conceptualize, develop, and present innovative interior design concepts for commercial spaces, including offices, retail, and hospitality environments.
Prepare mood boards, presentations, space planning layouts, and high-quality 2D/3D design visualizations.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budget limitations, and brand identity.
Develop detailed production drawings and construction documentation for execution by contractors and vendors, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to align with the design vision and project goals.
Manage and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and maintain design integrity during execution.
Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
Stay updated on current industry trends, materials, and best practices in commercial interior design.
Submit a Project Lessons Learned report after project completion to document key insights and areas for improvement.
Daily Reporting Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit daily work reports .
Ensure all working files, including drawings, updates, and relevant documents, are shared daily in the concerned groups for review, coordination, and record-keeping.
Maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting to support effective project tracking and decision-making.
Expertise Required:
- Experienced in conceptual design (layout, style, mood boards).
- Proficient in 3D design software's- Sketchup, and D5 render tool
- Skilled in technical design (material knowledge, execution, drawing preparation).
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Designing
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
- Proven track record of handling commercial and residential projects
