Role overview:
We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Agentforce Developer to lead the evolution of our artificial intelligence and automation frameworks. In this role, you will do much more than build standard bots — you will architect modern, next-generation autonomous AI experiences. You will leverage Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver automated, personalized, and proactive agentic workflows directly into our operational ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Architect and configure autonomous agents within Agent Builder, leveraging the Topics, Instructions, and Actions (TIA) framework to deliver intelligent customer interactions.
Implement Einstein Trust Layer guardrails and masking rules to ensure conversational data processing remains highly secure and compliant.
Utilize Prompt Builder to design, build, and test contextual prompt templates that ground generative AI outputs precisely in business data.
Design and build custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Salesforce Flows to extend agent capabilities with custom UI elements and complex back-end operations.
Create scalable programmatic actions using Apex and integrate external REST APIs to allow autonomous agents to fetch and update data across third-party systems.

Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (a major plus given native grounding data integrations)
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
