Job Title: People Development Executive – Policy, Training & Talent Ops
Company: Agaram Solutions
Location: Madurai / Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Department: Human Resources / People Development
About the Company
Agaram Solutions is a growing SaaS/ERP company. We're building a dedicated People Development function and looking for someone to own it end-to-end — not just staff it.
About the Role
This is not a routine HR-admin role. We're looking for someone to build and run our people function — policy, performance metrics, training, and recruitment — with real ownership over how it's designed, not just how it's executed.
Please Note: This role is not a standard HR generalist, payroll, or pure recruitment position. If you're looking for a role limited to routine payroll processing, statutory filing, or transactional recruitment only, this position will not be the right fit. We're looking for someone who wants to build policies, own metrics, and design training — not just execute day-to-day HR/payroll tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
HR Policy Derivation & Documentation
- Draft, review, and update HR policies covering onboarding, conduct, leave, performance, and engagement
- Maintain a central, version-controlled repository of policies and process guides
KPI & KRI Tracking
- Define and monitor KPIs for recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and training effectiveness
- Track KRIs — attrition spikes, low engagement scores, training non-compliance, hiring delays
- Run regular review cycles and report findings with actionable recommendations
People Training & Development
- Identify training needs and design structured learning programs
- Develop training content and facilitator guides; deliver internal sessions and track effectiveness
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate)
Onboarding, Engagement & Employee Relations
- Design structured onboarding programs for new hires
- Run engagement initiatives and act as first point of contact for workplace concerns
Exit Management & Compliance
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding
- Run periodic HR documentation audits and close compliance gaps
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and L&D — recruitment, policy documentation, training facilitation
- Comfort working with data — defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and KRIs
- Ability to write clear, structured policy and process documentation
- Instructional design experience (ADDIE or similar) is a strong plus
- Self-starter comfortable building processes from scratch with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
