About the Role
We are looking for Site Supervisors / Site Engineers who can efficiently manage on-site execution of commercial interior projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and execution work.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and project managers.
- Monitor project timelines, workmanship quality, and safety standards.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage site materials, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Resolve site-level issues and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Experience in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, retail, or turnkey projects.
- Strong site management and execution skills.
- Ability to travel and manage project sites across Delhi NCR and other locations.
