Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Execution
* Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, ads, and promotions
* Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and copies
* Track campaign performance and share basic insights
* Support in influencer collaborations, product launches, and brand activities
Customer Experience & Calls
* Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and DMs professionally
* Provide accurate product information, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction
* Maintain a positive brand tone in all communications
* Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills Tamil + English fluency required and Speaking Hindi preferred
* Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media
* Confident in handling customer calls and conversations
* Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
* Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
* Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Good to Have
* Experience with Shopify, Instagram, or customer support tools
* Familiarity with ad campaigns or content creation
* Prior internship or experience in marketing/customer service
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
