Job Description
Root Line Pvt Ltd is hiring Field Engineers for Airtel Broadband Router Installation & Configuration . The role involves visiting customer locations to install broadband routers, configure internet services, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure excellent customer service
.Responsibilities
1. Install and configure airtel broadband routers at customer location
2.Perform basic troubleshooting and connectivity testing
3.Visit assigned customer locations as scheduled
4. Update Installation status through the mobile app
5. Ensure timely completion of installation
6. Provide professional customer support and maintain service quality
Eligibility
1.ITI , Diploma , or equivalent qualification
2. Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
3. Basic knowledge of networking , broadband , telecom, electrical work , CCTV or device installation is preferred
4. Must own an Android smartphone
5. Must have a two wheeler and a valid driving licence
6. Good communication and customer handling skills
