Technical Procurement Executive / Spare Specialist
Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Procurement Executive with over 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of technical goods and services, ensuring cost-effective and efficient sourcing processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage technical procurement activities, including vendor management, commercial negotiation, and spare management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and develop procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the procurement process.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead efforts to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for quotations, technical discussions, delivery schedules, and procurement support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical procurement within the SCM department.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
