1. Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is compulsory.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- Preference for candidates who have handled Classes XI and XII (Board Classes).
3. Subject Expertise:
- Strong command over the subject and CBSE syllabus.
- Ability to prepare students for Board Examinations.
4. Teaching Skills:
- Effective classroom management.
- Student-centered teaching methodologies.
- Experience in lesson planning, assessment, and evaluation.
5. CBSE Knowledge:
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines, assessment patterns, and internal assessments.
- Experience in practical examinations and project work evaluation.
6. Additional Requirements (Preferred):
- CTET qualification (if applicable, as per school policy).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and smart classroom usage.
