We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, consumer engagement, trade marketing, and market expansion initiatives for our beverage portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the beverage or FMCG industry and a proven track record of driving brand awareness, sales growth, and successful product launches. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across sales, distribution, digital marketing, and product development teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for beverage brands.
- Build brand positioning and consumer communication strategies.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing investments.
- Drive brand awareness, market share, and consumer loyalty.
Product Launch & Innovation
- Lead new product development and launch strategies.
- Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis.
- Identify emerging beverage trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams for product innovation.
Trade Marketing
- Design and implement trade marketing programs across General Trade, Modern Trade, HORECA, and E-commerce channels.
- Develop POSM, merchandising, and visibility programs.
- Work closely with distributors and sales teams to improve market penetration.
- Monitor retail execution and competitor activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
