About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in ERP systems and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing intuitive user experiences and simplifying complex business workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for ERP and business applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
- Improve usability and optimize user journeys.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain design consistency across products and components.
Requirements
- 10+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- Strong experience with ERP or enterprise software.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of responsive design and front-end development.
- Experience working in agile and remote teams.
