- Lead and manage a team of shuttering carpenters and laborers to ensure quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule shuttering activities based on project timelines.
- Oversee the erection and dismantling of form work for concrete pours, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Inspect completed work for quality and precision, addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure that all materials needed for shuttering are available and in good condition, coordinating with suppliers as necessary.
- Enforce safety standards on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring team adherence to regulations.
- Maintain records of Daily work progress, materials used, and labor hours.
- Proven experience as a shuttering carpenter or foreman in construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with various types of form work and construction techniques.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) and first aid training.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
