Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team at our Ernakulam branch. The ideal candidate must have experience in the education sector, strong team management skills, and the ability to drive admissions through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student enrollments.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and team performance.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure high-quality customer engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to maximize lead generation and conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Resolve customer concerns and support the team in closing admissions.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and colleges.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Education/EdTech sector is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
