1. Directs and coordinates the delivery of all pharmacy services on the assigned shift, without direct supervision.
2. Responsible for the interpretation and implementation of all departmental policies and procedures on the assigned shift.
3.Reports all adverse drug reactions to pharmacy Manager and appropriate hospital committees.
4. Provide information to physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, regarding appropriate drugs.
5.Give advice on drug interactions, side effects, incompatibilities, allergies and drug administration.
6. Responsible for submitting on time, assigned monthly inspection reports and equipment maintenance logs as needed.
7. Assist and contribute to the orientation and training of new personnel as assigned.
8. Insure the proper maintenance of appropriate records for controlled substances and drugs as required.
9. Provide discharge medication and drug history counseling to patients when appropriate.
10. Participate in department quality improvement efforts. 11. Performs all other responsibilities as assigned.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
