If you have experience processing survey data, developing engineering deliverables, and working with drone, satellite, and LiDAR datasets, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and analyse GIS, Drone, DGPS, Total Station, and LiDAR survey data.
- Develop and maintain high-quality GIS databases and spatial datasets.
- Generate:
- Topographic Maps
- Orthomosaic Images
- Digital Elevation Models (DEM)
- Digital Terrain Models (DTM)
- Contour Maps
- Slope & Aspect Maps
- Watershed Analysis
- Land Use/Land Cover (LULC) Maps
- Utility Maps
- 3D Terrain Models
- Perform spatial analysis using GIS software.
- Digitise and update spatial features from satellite imagery, drone imagery, and engineering drawings.
- Process LiDAR point clouds, classify LAS data, create breaklines, and develop terrain models.
- Prepare GIS and engineering deliverables for infrastructure and land development projects.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with Survey, Drone Operations, CAD, and Project Management teams.
- Develop GIS workflows and automate repetitive processes where applicable.
- Prepare technical reports and client deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in:
- GIS / Geomatics
- Civil Engineering
- Survey Engineering
- Geography
- Remote Sensing
- Geoinformatics
- Computer Science
- Or any related discipline
Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in:
- GIS
- Drone Mapping
