Business & financial management - Ensure adherence to TAT,
Minimize scope for OPS loss by ensuring adequate controls & close monitoring,
Provide inputs for audits & RCR units as necessary, Vendor management, Adhere Cost control and Regulatory compliance.
Customer Focus - Consistently meet predetermined metrics to achieve business, objectives and customer SLAs. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics and SLAs to the Management. Ensure strategic guidance to the TL’s to ensure service delivery.
People / Team- Ensure sufficient motivation levels in the team, Ensure timely preparation and review of goals and development plans for direct reports. Ensure accurate handling and completion of progress reviews on performance and development plans within agreed timescales and provide ongoing feedback to team. Attrition within acceptable levels.
Process / Quality Improvement- Ensure that all procedures and processes are up to date and initiate adjustments if necessary, in line with internal rules and regulations in order to realize effective & efficient procedures and processes. Ensure compliance to all statutory & regulatory requirements
Pay: ₹1,250,459.21 - ₹2,621,498.04 per year
