Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
- Implement and maintain security policies, NAT, VPN (Site-to-Site & GlobalProtect), URL Filtering, and Application Control.
- Monitor firewall logs, investigate security incidents, and resolve L2 support issues.
- Perform firewall rule reviews, policy optimization, and change management.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and security-related issues.
- Upgrade firewall firmware and perform health checks.
- Work with SOC, Network, and Infrastructure teams to resolve security incidents.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Network Security.
- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, NAT, VPN, DNS, and network security concepts.
- Experience with Panorama for centralized firewall management is preferred.
- Knowledge of IPS/IDS, SSL Decryption, Threat Prevention, and Security Policies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Mandatory Qualification
- Palo Alto Certified (PCNSA or PCNSE preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SIEM tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) is desirable.
- Exposure to vulnerability management and security best practices.
Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹319,898.99 - ₹800,000.00 per year
