We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Automotive Technician Trainer to educate our staff on the latest vehicle technologies and repair techniques.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring our automotive technicians are up-to-date on new tools, equipment, and best practices in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical training programs for automotive technicians
- Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed
- Perform hands-on demonstrations and create training materials
- Assess the skills and performance of trainees
- Work collaboratively with management to identify training needs
- Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed during training
- Provide feedback and support to trainees
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role
- Experience in creating and implementing technical training programs
- Extensive knowledge of modern automotive technologies and repair methods
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively transfer knowledge and skills to others
- Certification from a technical school or ASE certification is preferred
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
