About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Content Writer & Mentor to join our Creative Writing Institute. This role is ideal for someone who excels in storytelling, content creation, and guiding aspiring writers toward their full potential.
As a Content Writer & Mentor, you will lead content initiatives, conduct training sessions, provide constructive feedback, and help build a thriving community of creative writers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and oversee high-quality creative and marketing content.
- Design and conduct writing workshops, training programs, and interactive exercises.
- Mentor students and emerging writers, helping them improve their writing skills and storytelling techniques.
- Review written work and provide detailed feedback for improvement.
- Develop learning materials, assignments, and curriculum support content.
- Lead content projects from concept to completion.
- Foster an engaging and supportive writing community.
- Stay updated on industry trends, content strategies, and creative writing practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Creative Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, teaching, or training writers.
- Excellent command of English with strong storytelling and editing skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide writers at different skill levels.
- Experience creating educational content, workshops, or training programs is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with writing institutes, publishing houses, content agencies, or educational organizations.
- Portfolio showcasing creative writing, articles, blogs, or published content.
- Experience conducting writing workshops or community-building initiatives.
