1. Ability to conceptualize, idealize national campaigns: TV, Print, Outdoor, Radio & others.
2. Manage a team of visualizers and graphic designers
3. A strong sense of design and layouts
4. A strong sense of responsibility and brand ownership
5. Commitment to deadlines
6. Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
7. Preferably, from a reputable art college
