Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the construction site store and warehouse.
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity, specifications, and condition against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain proper records of GRN, Material Receipt, Material Issue, Stock Transfer, Return Material, and Material Requisition.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the purchase team about material requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Properly store and preserve construction materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
