- To coordinate with various departments to keep content on the website and social media updated through direct and indirect means.
- To present weekly work reports regarding website and social media changes; maintain reports on activities carried out on print platforms.
- To regularly present monthly reports on the institute’s performance on social media platforms and the website.
- To liaise with website and digital marketing clients/vendors to ensure content is posted and to receive regular market updates regarding digital marketing and site modifications.
- To design various content and literature necessary for the website, social media, and other platforms.
- To coordinate with outsourced personnel for news articles and perform content editing for matters published on the web portal.
- To analyze reviews on social media platforms and inform the necessary hospital departments accordingly.
- To ensure the timely updating of hospital hoardings and ensure all public display materials (including T.V. and digital displays) are current.
- To address periodic audio-visual content needs through agencies and present a quarterly plan for audio-visual marketing.
- To assist the HOD in designing promotional materials and undertake promotional tele-calls/SMS to clients as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare Management.
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing, digital media management, or branding.
- Proficiency in managing website content, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office) and experience with content design, literature creation, and editing.
- Strong knowledge of correspondence, documentation, and professional communication management with vendors and outsourcing agencies
