Role Overview:
This role of Analyst – Media Planning supports the development and execution of media campaigns for global brands across all channels. As part of a centralized team, you will work closely with planners, buyers, and cross-functional teams in onshore markets to support the planning, documentation, and execution of media campaigns.

Supporting the development of digital media plans by analyzing client briefs, audience insights, competitive activity and category trends.

Assist planners and managers in preparing media plans, presentations, and planning documentation including budgets, flowcharts, and planning spreadsheets.

Gather and analyze data from syndicated research and planning tools such as GWI, ComScore, Nielsen, or other industry sources to inform planning decisions.

Maintain and update media planning documentation, ensuring accuracy of data entry, taxonomy coding, and campaign details.

Collaborate with internal teams including activation, Ad Operations, analytics, and account teams to support campaign execution.

Monitor campaign pacing and performance against key metrics such as impressions, CTR, engagement, and conversions, highlighting optimization opportunities.

Prepare campaign reports, summaries, and insights to support internal discussions and client reporting.

Participate in internal meetings and planning discussions, providing research insights, documentation support, and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

A full-time graduate degree.

3 – 6 years of experience in media planning across channels, marketing analytics or campaign operations (agency experience preferred)

Basic understanding of marketing channels such as TV, OOH, Print, Radio, along with expertise in Digital media planning

Familiarity with media planning tools and syndicated research platforms such as GWI, ComScore, Vivvix, Prisma and Mbox.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work with large datasets

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
