Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and paid channels
- Manage and scale paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic
- Oversee content marketing initiatives including blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and conversion tracking
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to leadership
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience in EdTech or similar high-growth industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and marketing automation
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing
- Experience managing campaigns independently
Metrics & Expectations
- Drive consistent growth in qualified lead generation through digital channels
- Optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and improve campaign ROI over time
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-conversion ratios
- Maintain transparent reporting and realistic performance benchmarks
- Targets will be set based on business needs and market conditions, focusing on achievable and measurable outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
