What You’ll Do
Drive Smart Factory Initiatives

Design and implement smart factory solutions (IIoT, MES, digital twin, automation systems)

Enable real-time data capture, visualization, and predictive analytics for shopfloor operations

Lead initiatives for process digitization and system integration across manufacturing lines
Data-Driven Optimization

Analyze production data to identify efficiency, quality, and cost improvement opportunities

Build and deploy dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics models
-
Build and deploy predictive maintenance and AI/ML-based use cases
Automation & Integration

Develop and optimize PLC/SCADA/MES integrations

Collaborate with IT/OT teams to ensure seamless connectivity and cybersecurity compliance

Standardize automation frameworks and scalable architectures
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with operations, quality, engineering, and IT teams to deliver business outcomes

Engage with vendors and external partners for solution deployment

Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders on smart manufacturing strategies

What You Bring
✅ Technical Expertise

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related)

3–6 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or digital transformation

Strong knowledge of:

PLC, SCADA, MES systems

Data analytics tools (Tableau, Python, SQL, etc.)
