We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, conducting product/service presentations, and converting opportunities into successful enrollments or sales. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and explain company offerings.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Tele-Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, IT Training, SaaS, or Technology Sales.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
