Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the garment store.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and the warehouse for stock replenishment.
- Ensure smooth store operations while maintaining cleanliness and store standards.
- Train and develop staff to improve performance and productivity.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Store Manager in a garment retail store is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of retail store operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store performance.
- Proficiency in inventory management and reporting.
