We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist who has prior hiring experience in the Plastic Recycling, Scrap Trading, Waste Management, Polymer, or Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of trading, procurement, sales, operations, and plant personnel for our recycling business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire candidates for Procurement, Sales, Trading, Operations, Plant, Logistics, and Accounts functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and industry networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on industry-specific requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment databases.
- Develop hiring pipelines for key positions in the plastic recycling and scrap trading sector.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain HR records and recruitment reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Manufacturing, Recycling, Plastic, Polymer, Scrap Trading, or Waste Management industries.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
