Job Description
Catalyst Education is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our growing admissions team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students toward the right educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses and programs offered by Catalyst Education.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Schedule counseling sessions and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and sales teams for smooth lead management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in EdTech, telecalling, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is preferred.
