What You'll Do:
- Handle property inquiries and generate leads
- Conduct client meetings and project site visits
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records
- Support clients through booking and documentation
Who We're Looking For:
✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales/broking (preferred)
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
✔ Comfortable with field sales and site visits
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM
