Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard HVAC AMC partners across India.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network for HVAC, Fire, CCTV, UPS, DG related AMC
services.
- Conduct vendor qualification, due diligence, and capability assessments.
- Negotiate commercials, service terms, and operational agreements.
- Coordinate vendor allocation for AMC opportunities and project requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, response times, and service quality.
- Resolve vendor-related operational and commercial escalations.
- Maintain vendor database, documentation, compliance records, and performance scorecards.
- Support business growth by expanding service coverage across cities and regions.
- Drive partner engagement and retention initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Facility Management etc.
- 1–5 years of experience in vendor management, facility management, AMC operations,
procurement, or business development.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance services preferred.
- Experience in managing service partners, contractors, or vendor networks.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across locations.
