About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using Next.js and Django REST Framework, along with experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS. You will work on healthcare applications that require high performance, security, and compliance with UK healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and Django REST Framework.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs.
- Build reusable, responsive, and user-friendly frontend components.
- Implement asynchronous/background task processing using Celery and Redis.
- Utilize Redis for caching and application performance optimization.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS ECS and EC2.
- Manage cloud infrastructure including Amazon S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance using logs and monitoring tools.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and other engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or Gemini.
· Experience in Mobile App Development (Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS) is a plus.
· Knowledge of NHS UK healthcare systems is an advantage.
· Understanding of GDPR, DTAC, and secure software development best practices.
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
· Familiarity with Docker Compose and containerized deployments.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
