Job Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming leads from WhatsApp, website, Google and social media.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and design meetings.
- Follow up regularly to convert enquiries into projects.
- Coordinate with the design team for concept presentations, BOQs and proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily follow-up reports.
- Assist in preparing quotations and project documentation.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (interior design, real estate or home improvement preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated, organized and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
