Basic Function

Be responsible for the operations of independent production lines
Be responsible for administration job of production department, backup for production data statistics.
Continuously improve performance on safety, quality and productivity

Responsibilities

Follow HSE regulation and rules in daily operation, achieve Goal Zero target
Manage the day to day line operations as per the process order. Activities includes, Extruder line start up, Grade changeovers, line stringing, operating machine control panels etc.
Supervise the manpower plotted on the production lines, including operators and contract workmen
Be responsible for recording the QMS and EMS formats/records
Be responsible for attending internal operation training program and keeping record
Performs the duties of the reliever in the production department
Participate RC session to resolve internal and external quality issue and help to close action plans

Person Specification

Education:

CPET/Diploma polymer engineering/technology

Work Experience:

Min.1 year related experience
