Job Description: Insurance companies raise requests to survey a property and assess underwriting concerns, which may lead to a potential claim.
The consultant will survey the property and gather the required data and photos and proceed to write the report up in OSI�s system.
In case of discrepancies, the review team would reach out to the concerned person and correct the Survey reports before sending them to the customer/underwriter
Responsibilities: Responsible for reviewing, classifying, and indexing incoming documents accurately into designated systems/platforms while ensuring data integrity, turnaround time adherence, and compliance with process guidelines. Performs document validation, categorization, quality checks, and exception handling to support efficient retrieval and downstream processing.
